Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:
- Standard Rate Reservations:
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a one-night penalty charge.
- Cancellations made on or after the check-in date or in the event of a no-show, will result in no refund.
- Non-Refundable Rate Reservations:
- For bookings made at special or discounted non-refundable rates, no refund will be issued for cancellations at any time.
- Early Departure:
- If you check out before your scheduled departure date, the remaining nights will not be refunded.
2. Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
- In case of a valid claim (e.g., property issues, overbooking, etc.), a full refund will be processed.
3. Modifications:
- Changes to bookings (dates, room type, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Modifications made within 7 days of check-in may also require an additional fee or could be subject to the cancellation terms of the original booking.
4. Force Majeure:
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other "force majeure" events, the property will offer flexibility in cancellation or rescheduling, and a full refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
5. No-Show Policy:
- If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, the booking will be marked as a no-show and will be subject to the no refund policy.
6. Special Circumstances:
- In cases of medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, guests may request a review of the cancellation policy for possible exceptions. Documentation may be required for approval.
